Earl Waldo Lacy appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of robbery as defined in section 28-414, R. R. S. 1943, and from the courts sentence of not less than 5 nor more than 8 years in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. The appellant contends that the evidence does not support the verdict and that the court abused its discretion in sentencing in view of the fact that Lacys alleged accomplice, Wordie Wright, Jr., received a 3-year term after pleading guilty. We affirm.
